Nice rooms, polite staff, great location in the heart of the medina. The rooms at this hotel are spacious, comfortable, and very clean throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with directions or recommendations. The hotel is conveniently located within the medina, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. While there aren't many dining options in the immediate vicinity, it's only a short walk to find some great restaurants. this hotel offers excellent value for money and is a great choice for your stay in Marrakesh.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and respectful. They made us feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Additionally, the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious and satisfying.
Although we had a fantastic stay at this hotel, there was one aspect that could be improved. The bathroom could benefit from better ventilation, as it felt a bit damp after showering.

We had an enjoyable Christmas stay in this cozy hotel. The staff was polite and always eager to help, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi and a map of the area given to us upon arrival. The location was ideal, as it was easy to explore the nearby sights and city center on foot. The breakfast, included in our stay, was a highlight, as it consisted of fresh and delicious food.
Despite the location being convenient, the alleyways to the hotel entrance at night could be intimidating, as locals often offered unhelpful and demanding "assistance.

The main strength of this guesthouse is definitely the friendly service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable during my stay, ensuring that all my needs were met. The complimentary mint tea in the hotel lounge was a delightful welcome drink. It was as refreshing as a cool breeze on a hot summer day and the perfect start to my vacation. The terrace with sun beds and a tent provided breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. I felt like I was on top of the world, soaking in the beauty of nature while relaxing in utmost comfort. The guestrooms were tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches such as premium bedding and pillow menus. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant Medina. The free WiFi and air conditioning in the rooms were much appreciated, allowing me to stay connected and comfortable throughout my stay.
Street names in the Medina area were quite difficult to remember if you don't pay good attention to details when leaving and coming back.
